To all of my wonderful customers,
I hope that you are all keeping safe and well.
This year is my 10th year of business. I am immensely proud of this and could not have achieved it without all of you, my amazing customers! I cannot overstate how much I appreciate all your support, and how much I am looking forward to resuming work for you once it is safe for us all!
To clarify the current situation, we will be continuing to observe the government lockdown, therefore the business will remain temporarily closed.
For those of you who have work booked in with me, I will be contacting you all personally to keep in touch and discuss rescheduling once we are able to do so.
In an emergency, such as a gas leak, major water leak or no heating/hot water, please do telephone 01473 353636, selecting option 3, and I will advise you over the phone the best course of action.
As I am sure that you can appreciate, the decision to close the business during lockdown was not an easy one. I run an independent, local business and am a sole trader. However, my job involves me going in and out of people’s houses daily, and then going home to my own family. My primary concern at present is doing whatever I can to reduce the spread of this horrible virus.
Additionally, many of my suppliers are either closed, operating at reduced capacity, or supplying essential items only. This presents a challenge when trying to source parts and materials.
I will continue to monitor the Government guidelines as they change and will keep you all updated.
Sending you all my absolute best wishes,
Luke Smith
