ACLJ August 2020 customer update
13 Aug 2020 Luke Smith
It has been another strange month, but one during which I remain so grateful for the kindness, cooperation and understanding of my customers.
Since gradually re-opening the business in June I am pleased to say that I have now managed to complete or rebook almost all the work that was postponed due to lockdown. It has been brilliant to see you again (from a safe distance) whether it be to service or replace your boiler, fit your bathroom, or change your radiators!
I will shortly be taking a week off for some time with the family before the beginning of the new school year, so will be closed from 14th – 24th August, after which I will be taking bookings for October – December.
If your boiler is due a service in October, we will contact you by email in early September with an appointment. If your boiler service was due between March and October this year and has not yet been re booked in, please do contact us and we will do so as soon as possible.
I am still following enhanced safety procedures to help minimise the risk to all of us, so please have a look at these here so you know what you need to do before my visit and what to expect from me while I am on your premises.
Please do let me know if you have been advised to self-isolate for any reason. This includes quarantine after returning from certain countries. I will not be able to enter your premises but will do my best to re-book the work in as soon as possible. Should I need to isolate, all work will be delayed for that period and simply recommence once my isolation period is over.
I look forward to seeing more of you over the coming weeks and months. I may look a little odd in my overalls and ‘Darth Vader’ mask, but at least I am a far better Plumbing & Heating Engineer than I was home-school teacher!
May the Force be with you all!
