Hello to all my fantastic customers!
I am still currently operating on reduced hours and opening times due to COVID-19 and childcare responsibilities. As many of you are, I am juggling work and home schooling as well as trying to minimise the risk to myself, my customers, and our families as much as I can.
Anyone who was due a boiler service in Jan or Feb that was postponed will be receiving an email in the next week with a rescheduled appointment for March, as will those of you with services due in March.
I will also be getting in touch with those of you who had other bookings postponed, those with whom I was discussing work which we had not yet booked in, and those of you with outstanding quotes.
Regarding new enquiries, I am now booking for April/May and will respond to any enquiries as soon as I can.
I am still following enhanced safety procedures to help minimise the risk to all of us, so please have a look at these here so you know what you need to do before my visit and what to expect from me while I am on your premises.
