November lockdown and the remainder of 2020

IMPORTANT CUSTOMER UPDATE
I would like to reassure you all that I will be remaining operational through this second lockdown as long as I am legally allowed to do so (which I currently am) and, providing that neither you or I are required to isolate, will honour all existing bookings up until 21st December, including all boiler services due in December (if your service is due in December you will receive an email from us in the next 2 weeks with an appointment slot).
I have spent the last five months getting used to new ways of working and putting in place these enhanced safety procedures in order to keep us all as safe as possible and I am happy to say that you have all done your part in complying with these too. However, if you would rather that I did not visit your premises during lockdown, please contact me as soon as possible and I will be happy to reschedule the work for January or February.
Please note that I am now booked to capacity and am therefore unable to book any more work in for this year.
If you would like to discuss getting a quote for or booking in work for January to March next year, please do contact us via any of the normal methods and I will be happy to have a chat with you and arrange to carry out a virtual survey via videocall in order that I can provide you with a quote. This helps keep the number of properties that I am visiting to a minimum.
We will be closed from 21st December reopening on Monday 4th January.
